Make sure you have iOS 13. If you don’t, you can upgrade through the Settings. Update your Instagram app from App Store.
Go to the Settings. Tap Display & Brightness, and then turn on the dark mode.
How to Do Instagram Dark Mode in Android Chrome
Google Chrome is on Android with almost the same features you use in Chrome Windows 10 & Mac. Including the Flags page. There, you can find a way to enable dark mode on Chrome, which apply to the Chrome elements and you can force all webs to use dark mode.
To do this, open your Chrome browser in Android. Copy this URL and paste it on the address bar:

How to Have Instagram Dark Mode on Windows 10 (Chrome)
