Saving email as PDF is just as important as sharing any stuff from the web. It turns out the method is almost the same way as exporting OneNote notebook.

How to Save Outlook Emails as PDF
Saving Outlook emails as PDF can be easily done on your Outlook app. Simply open the app, then choose which email you want to convert into PDF.
Now go to the File tab. Then choose Print. Choose Microsoft Print to PDF. You can also customize the style of the exported email before converting the email file as PDF. Click Print if you’re done.
Now, simply add a name file for the exported PDF Outlook email. Make sure you choose PDF Document (*.pdf) as the file’s format. Click Save to save the email as PDF.
Microsoft Outlook will then save it for you. You can actually do a quick print by right-clicking the email, then choose Quick Print.

Windows 10 Mail app which is actually based on Outlook has the same method to save your emails as PDF. This app also has a good dark mode.
Simply open the app. Then choose the menu bar on the right side. Then choose Print. Here, choose Microsoft Print to PDF.
You can also change the paper size and orientation. Once done, click Print.

Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2007 have different methods to export Outlook emails. But it’s still easy.
Open the Outlook app then choose the File tab.
Then click Save as. Now, simply add a name for the file then choose PDF Document (*.pdf) as the file format. Click OK.
