To do that, just open the Start menu by pressing the Windows logo. Then, right-click on any Windows 10 apps you would like to uninstall. Click Uninstall to remove the app completely with its data.

As we said earlier, this method only works for some apps like Phone Companion, Money, Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Get Skype, Feedback Hub, Get Office, Get Started, News, and Sports apps. You can also uninstall Pandora, CandyCrush, and more apps that were automatically installed by Windows 10, through this method.

How to Use PowerShell to Uninstall Windows 10 (or Windows 11) Built-in Apps

This method is a little bit harder for those who aren’t tech-savvy.

Uninstalling Windows 10 apps through PowerShell is easy though. All you have to do is to copy the code we’ve written here and paste them into the Windows PowerShell (Admin) app. Then apply those lines of code.

To remove those unnecessary apps, just press Windows + X at the same time. Then click Windows PowerShell (Admin). If you happen to not see Windows PowerShell (Admin) at the Windows X menu, you have to search it yourself by opening the Start menu and then type powershell.

Now, Windows PowerShell is now opened. Make sure you see system32 like here because that implies you’ve opened Windows 10 PowerShell as administrator.
